obseed for iOS 2.0 on iPhone and iPad
Unified design and dashboard
The iPhone and iPad app is rebuilt on the obseed web design system across colors, typography, cards, and navigation. A new dashboard displays trend cards for heart rate, HRV, weight, and other metrics, marking missing days and pending values for today. Charts include trend lines, an inverted axis for pace, and background heat load.
Session editing, gear, and nutrition
An activity list filterable by sport opens to detail views displaying GPS routes, heart rate, power, and energy. Users can edit general session details, weights, and gear, as well as log nutrition products during a session. Gear management allows creating and editing items like shoes and bikes and assigning them to sessions.
Reports, guided flows, and feed insights
Health reports and weekly summaries are available in the app, with reports shareable as PDFs. Dedicated flows guide daily check-ins, tag suggestions, weather locations, and weekly reviews. The feed displays insights with voting and comments, and push notifications open directly to the relevant activity, gear, report, or flow.
Queue-based sync and provider settings
Apple Health sync now uses a queue that survives interruptions, sending workouts as FIT files with source details and sleep with sleep stages. Sync status and attempt logs appear in the profile alongside a manual sync option. Users can connect, reconnect, or disconnect providers, choose metric source priority, withdraw Apple Health consent, and receive broken connection notices on the dashboard. An offline notice appears without connection, with an option to retry.
Account and profile settings
Personal data can be viewed and edited with field-level error messaging. Settings cover statistics options, insight depth, monthly report notifications, account deletion, legal information, app rating, and feedback.
